How to Create Your Virtual Catalog Listings
Listing your items is simple! Log into your consignor account and select “Work with Consigned Inventory.” From there, you’ll enter your item details and upload a photo.
Use the description fields like this:
- 1st row: Brand and item name
- 2nd row: Item description
- 3rd row: Size and any additional details
When your listing is complete, mark it “Ready for Sale” to add it to the Online Catalog. Do not print tags until your item has sold. Label each item with its Item Number so you can easily match it to orders — and remember, once it sells, keep it safe!
What Can I Sell?
We accept a wide range of items, including:
- Clothing and dress-up (infant through adult, all seasons)
- Footwear, purses, backpacks, and accessories
- Books, games, toys, crafts
- Home goods, furniture, tools, and sporting goods
- Baby equipment, toys
- Outdoor furniture
- And much more!
We do not accept weapons or anything damaged, broken or worn out.
Quality Standards
Because shoppers can’t see or touch items in person, quality is everything. All items must be new with tags, in excellent condition, or very good condition. Worn, broken, or damaged items are not accepted. Please review the Consignor Agreement for full quality guidelines.
Photo Tips for Better Sales
A great photo makes all the difference! Here’s how to get it right:
- Use a square format (max 5MB; max dimensions: 4,472 px; accepted formats: .png, .jpg, .gif, .jpeg)
- Turn off Live Photo mode
- Lay items flat on a clean, smooth surface — or model them!
- Use good lighting (wrinkles, clutter, and shadows hurt sales)
- Add a ruler or coin to show scale
- Use paper/board for extra details
- Use free collage apps like PicCollage or Collage Maker for multi-photo listings
- Use full brand names and searchable keywords in your descriptions — shoppers search by keyword!
- Save your photos in a phone album for future sales

You’ll receive a text and email with your shopping link ahead of each public opening. Help boost your own sales by sharing the catalog link on social media!
Preparing Your Sold Items
Once items sell, here’s how to prep them for drop-off:
- Check your Consignor Account to see what sold
- Print the SOLD tag for each item on white copy paper or card stock (these look different from in-person event tags)
- Organize items by the Shopper Code on each tag
- Prep items carefully:
- Clothing: Roll tightly and secure with a rubber band
- Toys/multi-piece items: Contain all parts together
- Breakables: Package securely to prevent damage
- Bags: Clear bags only
The correct SOLD tag must be on the correct item — double-check before drop-off!
