Pick Up Location: Ashland Town Center Mall, former JoAnn Fabrics
- Can someone else pick up on my behalf? Absolutely! They’ll just need to provide the email address used at checkout.
- Will my items be together? Yes — as long as you used the same email for all purchases, everything will be grouped into one order. Multiple emails mean multiple separate groupings.
- What if my order is ready early? We’ll reach out to let you know!
- Can I pick up at a different time or date? Unfortunately, no. Pickup is ONLY Thursday, April 23 from 2-7 p.m.
- Can I inspect my items before I leave? Yes, please do! If anything is damaged or not as described, we’ll issue a full refund. Please note that all sales are final once items leave the mall.
